Tadeusz Nikitin

As the visionary, founder and Managing Director of Splitbot, I'm right at the front line. My responsibilities include leading initial meetings with prospective clients as well as overseeing our technology and the development of our machine-learning algorithms. Thanks to my expertise in machine learning and natural language processing, we're constantly striving for innovation and progress here at Splitbot.

The path to Splitbot began back in the early 2000s during my studies, when I dived deep into artificial intelligence. As the founder of Kontor Business IT GmbH, I've spent years helping SMEs digitalise their operations. The idea for Splitbot matured over the years and got its decisive push during the first lockdown in 2020. In March 2023 we finally incorporated Splitbot GmbH.

Away from the office, I'm a happily married father of two. Our family shares its home with a Samoyed called Stella and two cats. In my spare time I love taking Stella out for walks and heading out sailing on the Baltic Sea.
