At Splitbot I'm Team Lead of the SPoC (Single Point of Contact) team – the first port of call for all incoming enquiries. Our team looks after customer support, marketing and sales, as well as event attendance and PR work.

I was in the right place at the right time. Six months before Splitbot was founded, I joined Kontor Business IT & Web as a technical writer. Thanks to my experience in 1st and 2nd level support and my training with a statutory health insurance provider, I know exactly what matters in customer care.

I'm married and a mum of two. Our household also includes a dog, a cat and a few reptiles. We love travelling the world with our folding caravan and spend a lot of time in the garden and out in nature. When there's any time left, I enjoy macramé or tinkering with little epoxy projects.

A communications officer like Lt. Uhura. Not only does her job description match mine, she was also a role model and a pioneer for equality and emancipation in so many other ways.

We've built a product that really fits the needs of SMEs. The team spirit here is unlike anywhere else – we have an enormous amount of fun together. Everyone is valued for their very personal skills.
